Tegas Tulin Sdn Bhd, established in 1987, engages in the wholesaling and retailing of electrical appliances, components, and accessories. We distribute products under our house brands — Focus, Focus Signature, and Chef Pro — and are an appointed dealer for a range of reputable local and international brands, including (in alphabetical order).
Our customers include various retailers and sub-wholesalers, including reputable retail chains such as (in alphabetical order). We are also the appointed agent for Japanese lamps and Italian Acrilux globes and fixtures. By sourcing directly from manufacturers, we ensure consistent supply at competitive prices, building a solid reputation over the years with customers and both local and overseas suppliers.
Phoenix Electrical (M) Sdn Bhd, established in 1997 by the related directors and shareholders of Tegas Tulin Sdn Bhd, is a wholesaler of construction-related electrical
components. In 2025, it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Tegas Tulin Sdn Bhd to better serve the Group’s customers and support its business plans.

Tegas Tulin Sdn Bhd and Phoenix Electrical (M) Sdn Bhd were founded by Mr. Tan Ah Chee and Mr. Tan Poh Kheng, who bring over 36 years of experience in the electrical wholesale and retail industry.
In 2023, due to health reasons, Mr. Tan Ah Chee resigned from Tegas Tulin Sdn Bhd. The company then underwent a shareholding and management restructuring, with Mr. Ivan Na becoming a substantial shareholder and assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Ivan Na had served as Chief Operating Officer of Tegas Tulin Sdn Bhd for over20 years prior to his appointment as CEO. He has extensive experience in the electrical industry, having held senior management positions at various wholesale and retail establishments before joining Tegas Tulin Sdn Bhd.
Under the leadership of Mr. Ivan Na and Mr. Tan Poh Kheng, the company is well positioned for sustained growth and market expansion in the years ahead.
